Suggest a better descriptionHeat a large saute pan over high heat.
Add the olive oil and butter.
When hot, add shrimp and saute tossing often for 1 minute.
Add garlic and saute until shrimp have turned pink, 1-2 min more.
Reduce heat to medium.
Add salt and pepper and wine and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 2 min.
Add parsley and lemon juice.
Toss the shrimp and serve.
