White wine butter sauce, with tender sautéed shrimp
In a sautee pan, add butter, compound butter and oil
on MEDIUM heat, add white wine and salt
Allow to reduce for 3 minutes
Drop noodles the last thing, for 30 seconds, let them drain off well so you don't water down your pasta sauce when you add them.
- In your sautee pan with a little sauce in it, cook your shrimp until they just begin to turn pink-They are done when they are pink, do not over cook your shrimp they will be rubbery!
Place shrimp on pasta, and sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley to serve
