Shrimp, spicy Spanish
Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper paprika and cook 1 minute. Add shrimp and then sherry. (be careful it could ignite in the pan for a few seconds) Raise heat to high and cook until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley
