In a medium size bowl, whisk together the Miracle Whip, lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning.
Stir in the chopped shrimp and chopped celery.
Line each of 4 soup bowls with the baby spinach.
On each serving, spoon a fourth of the shrimp salad, one of the hard cooked eggs cut in wedges, 1/4 cup of the sliced beets and carrot sticks.
