Great recipe that I saw on "Today" and tried for myself.
1) Mix all ingredients, except toast, together in a bowl.
2)Spread on bread
3) Fry for 30 seconds, filled side down first, then fry on empty side till bread is golden.
4) Drain well on paper towels. Serve warm.
