Add wine and reduce to 1/3 original, uncovered.
Reduce heat, stir in mustard and cream, simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In sauté pan melt 2 tbs butter, add shrimp apples, snow peas, and sugar. Cook for 6 minutes
Mix with sauce
Serve with rice!
