Shrimp with Garlicky Tomato Sauce

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients but shrimp.
Stir until blended and smooth.
Coat sauté pan with olive oil and add 2 garlic cloves, minced. Brown the garlic. Add shrimp and sauté until pink.
Remove shrimp from pan.
Add sauce to pan, heat.
Add shrimp back in once sauce is heated.
Add parmesan cheese if desired.
