Combine all ingredients in a medium or large Ziploc Zip 'n Steam bag. Seal bag and shake to combine ingredients. Pat contents into a single even layer and place in microwave.
Cook on full power for 2 to 3 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Smaller shrimp may require longer cooking times. If needed, continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until done.
Allow bag to stand 1 minute before opening.
Combine 1/4 cup honey mustard salad dressing with 2 tablespoons freshley squeezed lemon juice for dipping sauce.
Serve shrimp with dipping sauce.
