Suggest a better descriptionMelt butter in medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
Add cream cheese and garlic powder, stirring with wire whisk untill smooth.
Add milk, a little at a time, whisking to smoth out lumps.
Stir in Parmesan amd pepper.
Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistancy. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long.
Cook shrimp, then cut into pieces (if desired),and add to sauce.
Toss with hot pasta to serve.
Garnish with parsley flakes
