Suggest a better description1. Place a large non-stick wok over a high heat. When it is smoking hot, swirl in the oil, add the Sichuan peppercorns and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
2. Toss in the fresh and dried chillies and cook for 30 seconds. Now add the mince and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until it is richly browned all over.
3. Add the green beans, broccoli, stock and soy sauce and stir-fry for 2-4 minutes, until the greens are tender and the stock is totally reduced. Meanwhile, if using a pouch of rice, heat it up according to the packet instructions.
4. Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in warmed bowls with the cooked rice. Finish with a scattering of shredded spring onions.
