Pour hot milk over the potatoes. Add bacon, beaten eggs, flour, garlic, marjoram, pepper and a little salt. Mix all the ingredients well, and spoon the mixture into hot oil. Press lightly so you form a small yet thick pancake.
Cook on both sides, as it should be crunchy. Arrange in an absorbent paper towel, and serve.
