Kitchen Chick's amazing chocolate pie
Melt chocolate.
Roughly chop tofu, then blend with honey and melted chocolate until smooth.
Pour in the pie shell.
Chill to set, at least several hours.
Kitchen Chick suggests a dark chocolate oreo crust instead of graham cracker crust for the contrast with the sweeter, semi-sweet chocolate filling.
It is also very good with a tart fruit topping such as fresh raspberries or chopped cherries, or with unsweetened whipped cream.
