Suggest a better descriptionMelt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Add green onions; saute 1 minute. Add milk and next 3 ingredients; cook 3 minutes or until hot. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat, and set aside. Combine flour and eggs in a bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually stir in 1/2 cup hot milk mixture; gradually stir in remaining hot milk mixture. Stir in corn; pour into a shallow 2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
