Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy, adding more coconut water or milk until desired consistency (should be like soft serve ice cream if using as a bowl). Pour into two bowls and top with favorite toppings. Store leftovers in a shaker bottle, adding additional coconut water or milk on top to thin into a drinkable smoothie.
