Place the baking paper on an oven tray. Put two sheets of Fillo Pastry on the paper. Dab half the Butter on the Fillo Pastry using a paint brush. Add the other two sheets of Fillo Pastry on top, and dab them with Butter in the same way. Along one side - ie furthest from you - place the Apple. Sprinkle the Caster Sugar and Cinnamon across the top of the Fillo Pastry sheet. Roll the side with the apple into a long roll - towards you. Tuck in the left and right edges when done. Cook in a moderate oven until brown. Sprinkle with Nutmeg and serve, perhaps with a coffee.
