Combine ground beef, garlic, onion in large skillet.
Brown beef and drain.
Add Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sour Cream, Salt and Pepper.
Reduce heat and simmer.
Serve over Egg Noodles.
For southern kick add half a can tomato soup, and Tobasco sauce
