Home-made pizza my son loves
If using bacon, fry chopped pieces for 5-10 minutes to reduce fat content. Spread pizza dough across a large oiled baking tray. Spread with tomato paste, then cover with grated mozzarella cheese, spreading the dough more thinly as the cheese allows you to prevent in from 'shrinking in.' Spread bacon, pancetta and optional onion slices over the pizza. Bake in 400* oven for approx 10 minutes until cheese is melted and golden. Slice in pieces and serve immediately.
