Suggest a better descriptionIn a heavy 2 quart saucepan, saute bacon until crisp. Add onions and saute until tranparent. Add potatoes and a dusting of flour. Add juice from clams plus water to cover potatoes. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Check potatoes for doneness. Season and add clams and milk. Bring up to a near boil but DO NOT BOIL.
