Add baking mix, garlic powder, rosemary, basil, yeast and water to a large mixing bowl. blend with a wooden spoon (about 100 strokes) until it forms a soft dough.
Place dough in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and pour 1 tablespoon olive oil over the top of the dough while spreading over the top of the dough out evenly in the pan with your hands. Cover with a towel or plastic wrap and allow it to rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Carefully, poke fingertips or the end of a wooden spoon handle into the dough to create an authentic appearance to the crust.
Sprinkle top with extra rosemary, Parmesan cheese and or garlic salt. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 - 25 minutes or until crust is light brown.
