Very few ingredients and easy to put together.
Mix together in large bowl, cooked chicken, chopped onion, both cans of soup, and cans of tomatoes.
Grease 9x13" pan. Dampen each tortilla and layer 8 in bottom of pan. Add half the meat mixture and then layer half the cheese. Place another layer of 8 dampened tortillas, another layer of the meat mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350(F) degrees. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
May garnish with cilantro.
