Suggest a better descriptionSteam spinach and drain well. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat to medium-high. Add oil to the pan. Whisk eggs in a bowl and pour in a heated pan. Season well with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Once cooked, flip over and cook on the other side. Place cheese inside the omelet and melt. Snip bacon, place on top of cheese and fold. Top with sliced avocado.
