Suggest a better descriptionPlace the unopened can of peaches in the freezer until frozen soiled, about 24 hours. Submerge the unopened can in very hot tap water for 1 minute. Open the can and pour any thawed syrup into the bowl of a food processor that has been fitted with its steel cutting blade. Remove the frozen fruit from the can and cut into large chunks; place in the food processor and add the orange juice. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Serve immediately, or spoon into an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve. NOTE: For an even more heavenly flavor, substitute a tablespoon of peach snapps for the orange juice. You might even want to try making other sorbet flavors by using canned pears and apricots. NOTES : 3 to 4 servings
