Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients, except chicken, to a non metal bowl. Taste and add extra to your liking.
Add sliced chicken and marinate for approx 30min.
Thread mixture onto skewers and cook on a BBQ or griddle pan. 5-10 min should be fine to ensure well cooked chicken.
Would be great served with plain rice, or even cous cous.
I like a Limey kick to my mixture, so I always add more lime just before cooking.
