Spray pie tin with olive oil
Add 2 tbsp flour to tin and shake until flour completely coats surface
Put flour and salt in mixing bowl and mix.
Combine coconut oil and ghee in bowl, melt until just liquid.
Add milk and maple syrup to bowl with oils and slowly add to flour mixture.
Mix well by hand until you have a firm dough.
Place dough on large piece of parchment paper. Flatten slightly then place another piece of parchment paper over the top so the dough is sandwiched in between.
Roll with your rolling pin until the dough is 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and roll out any wrinkles. Divide dough in half.
Place tin upside down on dough. Flip the whole thing over and mold the dough into the tin, being careful not to rip the dough.
Cut the excess dough around the edge of the pan. Crimp edges with fork.
Once you have the dough in the tin, you can place the whole thing in a zip bag and freeze it until you are ready to make a pie!
