Easy but yummy Italian sausages on mini-submarine buns, with a little extra dressing. Simple meal and add some vegetables on the side
1 - Pan fry the sausages over medium-low heat for 30 minutes, turning every 5-10 minutes.
2 - Wash (or peal if desired) vegetables and apple; slice the vegetables length-size and apple in quarters.
3 - Once sausages are almost ready, slice buns and and add 1/3 salsa to one side and 1/3 cheese to the other. Add sausage.
4 - Serve with prepared vegetables and apple, with or without salad dressing for the vegetables.
Different salsas will change the taste.
