And whip over a high heat stirring constantly until flour becomes brown and smells nutty. 3. Stir in celery, onions, tomato, peppers, and stock whip until thickens. 4. Stir in shrimp and simmer till shrimp is cooked. 5. Season with Cajun spice and pour into large bowl. 6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
