Just a simple recipe that we eat a lot. Serve with spinach, feta, and strawberry salad (balsamic vinaigrette dressing) and some bruschetta for a complete meal.
Mince garlic and throw into pot with a tablespoon of olive oil. Chop up bacon and add to warming pot with sausage. Once bacon and sausage starts to crumble and brown add chicken and fry the whole mix up. Meanwhile start pasta in heavily salted water. Once chicken is cooked add vodka sauce and simmer for a few mins. Pasta is ready to be rinsed when just barely soft (not fully cooked, you will finish softening it in the sauce). Rinse thoroughly with hot water and drain. Add pasta directly to sauce mixture. Stir and let simmer for about 5-10 mins. Plate and top with liberal amounts of fresh grated Parmesan.
