Homemade pizza to make with the family!
(Let the pizza dough set overnight to rise.)
Work the pizza dough on your knuckles to enlarge. Be careful not to ripe the dough. This took me some practice. Place on a pizza stone or large round pan. Roll flat until it fill the stone/pan. Poke with a fork lots of times to cover the top with dots. bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven. Use a large spoon to spread the sauce. Add cheese and your favorite toppings. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Slice into 8 slices and serve.
Practice and don't be afraid to try different toppings!
