Suggest a better descriptionPrepare the sauce by adding the cornflour, turmeric and curry powder to a jug then mixing in the water and soy sauce and set aside.
Place the noodles in a bowl of warm water until they soften then run under cold water to stop the cooking process then set aside.
Heat a wok over a high heat and fry the garlic and red chilli pepper for around a minute or so.
Add the carrot and green bell pepper and fry for a further minute or so.
Add the bean sprouts and stir fry until they start to become soft.
Add the Char Sui pork and prawns and fry until the prawns start to turn pink.
Stir in the sauce and allow to thicken slightly.
Quickly add the noodles and stir everything to coat the noodles then serve.
