Pour all ingredients into a large pitcher. Pour 12 oz at a time into a shake with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into (2) tall Collins glasses filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple slice and twist of orange.
You could serve straight from the large pitcher, but shaking with ice produces a nice foam for the glass.
