Combine ground pork, shrimp (cut into smaller pieces), water chestnuts, and sliced mushrooms with one egg to bind it together.
Add salt and pepper.
Form into dumplings with siomai wrapper.
Top each siomai with a piece of some mushroom slices.
Spray or put a little bit of oil on the bottom of the steamer pan. Steam until done
