Great contrasting flavors
- pour ? c. dressing over steak in resalable plastic bag and marinate a few hours
- combine sour cream, 2T dressing, parmesan cheese, and pepper
- refrigerate until serving time
- heat 2 T. dressing in skillet on med
- add onions, cook 7-8min or until golden brown, stirring frequently
- remove onions, set aside
- drain steak
- discard marinade
- cook steak in same skillet on med 3-4 mins on each side for medium doneness
- on cutting board slice into thin strips
- serve steak topped with sauce and onions
