Baked egg deliciousness

1. Cut slices into small pieces and stir fry until crispy in a large, deep heavy pan.
2. Remove bacon to a paper towel and discard all but about 2 Tbsp of grease.
3. Saute the onions in the grease until tender.
4. Add the tomato, chilies, & ham and stir until heated.
5. Add the bacon back to the pan and stir.
6. Spread mixture evenly over the bottom on the pan and sprinkle the cubed cheeses over the top.
7. Add the eggs (you can scramble them before, or leave them).
8. Cover pan and cook on medium-low until eggs are at the desired "doneness".
