Suggest a better description1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the scallions for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, stir together the chile sauce,k molasses, mustard, brown sugar. Add the chicken, squash and bell pepper. Toss to coat.
3. Preheat the broiler or grill. Alternately thread the chicken, squash and bell peppers onto 4 skewers, weaving the scallions in between the other ingredients. Reserve the marinade.
4. Broil or grill the kebabs 6 inches from the heat, turning and brushing with the reserved marinade for 8 minutes.
