1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add green onions and cook until tender. Stir in flour. Sugar and salt until smooth. Add vinegar, mustard, and 1/2 cup of water. Cook. Stirring until dressing books and thickens slightly. Remove skillet from heat.
2. Toss salad greens, celery, and cucumber in hot dressing in skillet. Arrange ham, turkey, cheese, radishes and tomato wedges on top. Enjoy!
