Place your skillet over a medium heat and add two tablespoons of bacon grease.
Add the onion and sauté until softened and slightly browned.
Now add the corn and sauté it until kernels are cooked and tender.
Season the mixture with salt and pepper, to taste.
Slowly add in the flour and cook for a couple of minutes.
Slowly pour in cream.
Stir the mixture while slowly adding water to the pan, until you get a thick gravy.
Remove from heat and enjoy!
