Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the rotini noodles according to package directions, and set aside.
In a large, oven proof skillet, over medium heat, add the bacon. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add the onion, garlic, mushrooms and peppers to the bacon. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add the beef to the skillet and cook until no longer pink. Stir often. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
Return the skillet to the stove, and add 3/4 cup of pepperoni. Cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta noodles, and mix well. Sprinkle the cheese all over the top. Add the remaining 1/4 cup of pepperoni to the top. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the top.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
