Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, heat oil; brown sausage. Remove sausage from skillet; add in potatoes and cook over medium high heat until they begin to brown and become tender.
Add in onions, peppers and garlic; cook about 5 mins.
Add stock. Cover.
Cook 5-6 mins, stirring occasionally.
Add spices and sausage. Stir and serve with sour cream.
