Cut the wieners into 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) pieces.
Place the buns crusty side down on a baking sheet. Place the wiener pieces on the buns.
Top with the cheese slices. Sprinkle the bell peppers & onions on top of the cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350ºF (180ºC) oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until the cheese is turning golden.
