Stuffed Peppers
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Brown the ground turkey; add a tbsp of water and the seasoning; add salsa , if turkey is dry add a little more salsa; add cheese and mix well; cut green peppers in half and remove inners; places halves in boiling water 3-5 minutes; place in baking dish and fill with filling; bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Optional toppings: light sour cream; avocados; hot sauce

Doubled the ingredients for tomatoes could go with additional green peppers instead of tomatoes
