Makes 6 small tostadas.
In large shallow dish, whisk all marinade ingrediants. Add meat, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and preferably several hours.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Remove meat from dish and discard marinade. Place steak on grill and grill for about 4 to 6 minutes total for medium rare to medium, turning once. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes. Thinly slice at a diagonal into strips.
To serve, place tostadas on a large platter or individual plates. Spoon on Black Beans into middle. Top with steak slices and Mango Salsa. Garnish with sour cream.
