Suggest a better descriptionCombine broth and milk in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to boil. Whisk in polenta, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook 4 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, salt, pepper. Cover 5 minutes.
Heat skiller over medium high heat. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Add steak to pan, cook 3 minutes each side. Cover with foil once removed.
Melt butter over medium-high heat. Add shallots 1 minutes. Add wine, thyme, and honey. Bring to boil. Cook until reduced by half, about 2 minutes. Combine remaining brother and cornstarch in a bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add cornstarch to skillet, cook until sauce thickens.
Cut steak diagonally across grain and serve with 2 tablespoons sauce and 1/2 cup polenta.
