This is a quick and easy recipe that is great for any occassion.
1. Spray cookie sheet with pan spray and place crackers over the bottome of the sheet. It works best if you place them all in the same direction, because they will fit better that way.
2. Melt butter and sugar together in pot on medium heat, or until well mixed.
3. Spread over crackers and make sure crackers are lined up again once poured. Bake on 350°F for approx. 8-10 minutes.
4. Take out of the oven and immediately pour chocolate chips over top of entire baking sheet. (The chocolate will melt on its own, but will need to be spread out evenly).
5. Put in freezer for 1 hour.
6. Break into pieces. You can make them as big or as small as you like. Servings depend on the size of the pieces.
7. Enjoy!
