Brown the ground beef in a skillet on the stove top. Drain the excess fat. Combine all of the ingredients, including the ground beef, in a large pot. Cook over medium heat until mixture is warm, stirring occasionally.
Can be made in a slow cooker by browning the meat and then combining in a slow cooker.
