Brown ground beef in a skillet breaking into small chunks and drain fat. Only cook until rare so it does not dry out.
Dice onion and peppers and add to ground beef and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard to ground beef.
Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
