Ground turkey in a slightly sweet and spicy tomato sauce. Serve with hamburger buns.
Brown turkey with some oil, sprinkle salt and pepper onto meet just before it finishes cooking. Place cooked meat into serving bowl, cover with foil and place in warmer.
Dice onion and bell pepper. Heat oil over medium heat and drill onion and pepper until the onions start to turn translucent, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
Drain some of the tomato juice from the canned tomatoes into a pot, heat over medium-low heat. Add Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, granulated garlic, granulated onion, salt, black pepper and cook until sugar and spices are dissolved and incorporated into the liquid. Once that is ready stir in tomato paste until it is incorporated into the liquid as well. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and diced peppers. Simmer over medium-low heat until sauce thickens. Ladle sauce into serving bowl with the meat and fold together.
