Got this from Food.com - yummy and easy. The mustard makes all the difference!
Combine first four ingredients in a shallow dish - or in a plastic gallon bag.
Dredge chops in flour mixture (or shake in bag) and set aside.
Combine what is left of flour mixture w/chicken broth and pour into your crock pot.
Pour oil in large skillet. Cook chops in hot oil until browned on both sides.
Place chops in crock pot and cook covered on High for 2-5 hrs until tender.
Serve w/hot rice or mashed potatoes.
Season w/salt & pepper to taste.
