Mix first 4 ingredients in large sipper bag and mix well. Mix last two ingredients in small container and reserve for cook day. On cook day add potato mix and 32 ounce chicken broth to slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Turn to high and add flour mixture and cook an additional 30 minutes or until soup thickens.
