Place apples in slow cooker. Top with sugar and spices. Cover and cook on high 4 hours. Uncover and cook approx 2 more hours, until most of liquid is gone, stirring occassionally.
Cool for 1 hour or chill till cool. Process in food processor or blender. Can store in freezer up to 1 yr.
