Spray inside of slow cooker with oil. Remove inner skin from ribs. Mix seasonings and rub into ribs. cut ribs into 4-inch pieces and layer in cooker with onions. Pour cola over ribs and cook on low 8-9 hours. Remove ribs, discard liquid, and dip into bbq sauce. Return to cooker and pour leftover bbq sauce on top. Cook on low 1hr.
